From the name, this appears to be similar to the garbage tournaments started by the Gold Strike in Tunica. Hope I am wrong. Does anyone know the format or other specifics about this tournament.
Format came from Tunica, MS. Can anyone explain the format as I have never played at the Gold strike. I am trying to decide if I want to waste my time and money.
Strictly head to head against the dealer. If you are on a table with a hot dealer you are dead. A cold dealer at a table can mean all at that table will be in the money. Expect a lot of all in bets, and the lucky one will be the winner. Absolutely no skill involved. I play all the Beau tournaments, but I will not waste my time or money on this one.
We have to get you back up to the midwest, dd. Good tourneys in MN (3 or 4 venues), MI (now 5 or 6 venues) and Iowa (1 venue that I know you've been to). Would be good to see you guys again! Billy C
