Does anyone know the earliest effective date for the coupons in the 2007 guide? My daughter is going to Vegas in mid-December and I'm wondering if maybe I should get her the 2006 guide instead.
I just checked my last copy, which is not the 2007 edition. The coupons I have left in it did not have a starting date. That would mean that the 2007 book coupons should be valid already.
