    Finally, some common sense.

US Representative Barney Frank (D-MA) is getting vocal about his disagreement with the UIGEA, especially in light of potential international trade violations.

The following article is written from the point of view of the PPA, a pro-poker movement, which until now has steadfastedly demanded an exception to the UIGEA for poker and ONLY poker, something i have repeatedly said is much too shortsighted. ALL advantage players should band together and demand an exception to the UIGEA for GAMES OF SKILL, period. Its just insulting to me to single out any one game for an exception, while leaving the others to fend for themselves.

Well, finally a lawmaker has stood up against this unjust law, AND the fact that there should be no specific exemption for poker, but rather blackjack and other games of skill as well! Check it out:

It's time for the members of this forum to start writing congressmen and senators again.

    Its best

To draft a letter as a templet that offers us a chance to type or write in our personal information then each person independently send it to their congress and senate people. Also, its good to flood the leadership- in this case is congress woman Nancy Pelosi, she voted in favor of the ban, and senate majority leader Harry Reid. Im not sure whar Reids position is on the matter.

    Reid

Reid was instrumental in getting the UIGEA added to the Port Security bill. His biggest lobbyists are land casino companies.
