If you are an AOL user and are having trouble staying logged in, use this troubleshooting checklist:

    • First, and most importantly, be sure that you are checking the 'Remember Me?' box in the login area.
    • I recommend using a browser other than the AOL-provided one. The AOL browser has trouble with many sites, so using Internet Explorer is better. Or, even better yet, download and use Firefox. http://www.getfirefox.com
    • Be sure that your browser is set to accept cookies. That's usually the default, so if you're not sure what this means, you're probably OK. However, here's how to explicitly enable all cookies for BlackjackTournaments.com in Internet Explorer:
Hopefully, one of these ideas will resolve your issue. Switching from AOL is another option of course!

Some AOL users report having trouble staying logged in. I'm sure this is because AOL sometimes makes webpage requests from different IP addresses, even in the same user session. The message board software then thinks you're someone else.

My question: Does anyone who uses AOL have any suggestions about how to prevent this problem?

I had this problem for a long time, Then I accidentally discovered the following solution:
    Load "internet Explorer" before AOL.
This solves the log-off problem, AOL loads faster, and seems to be faster and more responsive.
