Recently, I met a young Englishman, celebrating his birthday in Las Vegas. He graciously informed me that "BRIT" was NOT a favored moniker. I, sometime back, capriciously used that term in connection with Andy. I sincerly apologize. I meant no disrespect.
Apology not required Noman it is always a pleasure hearing from you. Although there are colloquialisms and slang in the English language the word “BRIT” is not offensive so you have no need to apologise (We use the term Brit all the time). I am not sure if you are winding me up (joking/kidding) but an American’s guide to speaking British can be found on www.effingpot.com/slang.shtml Now am I winding you up?…lol Andy
