There are some tools for running Windows software on a Mac that might persuade Windows-based casino software to run. Some are free, some not, and some emulate a PC and therefore require that you buy a copy of Windows to install, whereas at least one does not. If your Mac is a modern Intel-based one you could try Darwine [this may be a better link for darwine] Otherwise, I think you would have to look at QEMU, VMWare, or Virtual PC, plus a copy of Windows.
