When I go to either B21 or UB, both show all tournaments closed. This has been the case since sometime yesterday. Is there a problem?
They were OK this morning, as I played a couple of times. They've obviously been working on the system or something, because I had the same issue as Pat last night. Looks fine at the moment though. I just registered at Bet21 for the $1 midnight event with $1000 guaranteed.
another issue Whenever I log onto ubt or bet21 it says "checking for updates" and then "Update failed" but it still lets me play. I haven't contacted CS yet but wondered whether anybody else had that problem? Cheers
Updates Not had that problem on the UB site. It always checks for updates when you log in and sends out the download's as required. Andy
seems to be working now The freeroll blackjack side is still a bit flacky. It shows tournaments as announced now with players, but you can't join. Evidently at some point they open the tables and you can join the one about to start. It changes to say "open". Ken, thanks for pointing out the $1000 guaranteed tourney. I haven't been watching the cash side. That could turn into a great opportunity! See my post too about chat in announcements. Pat
Pat, like in the poker events, the BJ events open one hour before the start. I did ask support how the others had already signed up...no reply yet.....
UB/BET21 Tournaments I signed up for all the tournaments and found I have been bumped out of over half of the tournaments. Apparently they want to keep the number of people entered for each tournament low, so two can advance from each table, each round instead of one.
bumped LOL, Nah, I just think they thought I was being greedy and wanted to give someone else a chance at a freeroll. :laugh:
I think the confusion is that it is different now on UBT versus the other two sites. I would have expected that if the signups were real that there might be a lot of no shows, but it was a full table today.
