August Tournaments

    I just got off the phone with the Stardust and New Frontier.

    Their August tournaments will be:

    Stardust on August, Monday 16th, - Wednesday 18th.

    New Frontier on August, Thursday 19th, - Friday 20th.

    I am also working on two other casinos to host tournaments during this time span, preferably of an evening time or the weekend of 21st - 22nd.

    * Note: The Stardust and New Frontier payouts will be based on the number
    of entries and reentries taken in.

    * Discount airfare through American Airlines for the August tournaments.
    Call 1-800-433-1790 and use Code # 7184AP for 5% discount within 30
    days of travel or 10% for 30 days or above. Get an extra 5% off on first
    class as well.

    The Hilton is several days later

    For those of you wondering how these dates work with the Hilton MDBJ3 Qualifier, that month's event is scheduled for August 26-28, 2004

    Were you able to get any interest in a Las Vegas BJ tournament the weekend of the 21st?

    Fitzgerads maybe?

    Fitzgerads contacted me on Friday and told me their GM was out of town until this Tuesday, I was told they will let me know by Thursday if they will hole a weekend tournament August 21/22 as well as several Super-Mini's $200 - $500 entry fees during the week in the evening time.

    I will post as soon as they let me know anything.
