the Avi in Laughlin have cancelled their Wednesday Blackjack ToOurnament for the Summer - it will return in the fall. They are still running tournaments on Tuesdays and THursdays, three qualifying rounds starting at 5:00; registration starts at 3:00; prize pool is $1,200. First round is 2 of 6 or 7 advance; semi-final is likely 1 of 6 advance - may be seven at table - they will wildcard one to semi (most likely) - and the last one I played - they advanced one player from semi to final table based on accumulation - so highest non-winning chip stack made final.
