Bet21 issues (old thread)

    For the record, I have contacted Bet21 with a consolidated list of the issues that I feel are relevant to the problems of late. I have advised them that I will be posting about those issues here at BJT next Wednesday. Hopefully between now and then they will choose to provide a response.

    That is more then fair, I don't want to lose Bet21.com, as long as they treat the players fair, (honor their promises and guarantees, and offer payouts in a timely manner).

    I agree with Ken, these issues need to be resloved and I think next Wednesday's deadline by Ken is more then fair amount of time to at least hear back from Bet21.com.

    Ken,

    Thank you for taking these issues up. It is usually better to have one authoratative advocate speak on behalf of the significant number of us who feel that they have legitimate issues.

    Check received!!!

    On the issue of Bet21, I know people were concerned that I had not gotten paid for my win from the January $25,000 tournament. I am pleased to report that my check came today, only 9 days after they stopped payment on the 1st check and reissued.

    I also see that I managed to name the new thread the same as this one, which could be quite confusing.
