Looks like we'll be having more of these events at Peak Entertainment casinos. This week, they're holding a blackjack tournament at Omni Casino. It runs from Nov 17th to Nov 20th. Just like the recent Sands tournament, entry is $10, first place collects 50%, second place gets 30%, and 3rd and 4th place each get 10% of the prize pool. There's also a 3-Card Poker tournament with the same arrangement back at Sands of the Caribbean. In case you haven't played these events before, you're allocated a set time (30 minutes in this case), but you don't have to play the entire time, nor do you have to play it all in the same sitting. As long as you have unused time, you can go in and out of the tournament table at will. If you build up a lead, save yourself a few minutes of your allocated time to defend it in case someone passes you.
