Yes its a "skin" as this site must be part of blackjack21 dot com's affiliate program.

    21gnet

Further to above have looked into a bit deeper,

These 2 sites and around 10 others are powered by tournament software from 21gnet dot com
basically you buy a website and they provide the tournament solution software, Not sure if each of these sites are therefore running independent versions of each tournament or if you join the game on any site your at the same table (like bet21 + UB)

would be pretty sad on figures if that is the case that 10 sites are only producing the number of entrys we see on blackjack21
will have to watch some games played on them, here is a list of all sites using the same software from 21gnet,
    Have removed links to sites

No. Blackjack21 have an initial-deposit, and a first-reload bonus. And they ran a rakeback scheme during the summer. As Bear mentioned, the Loyalty Points scheme has also started up. I can see the points accruing, but there is no indication yet of how they can be redeemed. (Also, their web site seems to be playing up again. I can access the game OK, but a lot of the web pages just time out.)

They are certainly not independent, but I don't know if any of them offer their own 'specials' in addition to the core common games.

Numbers do seem to be increasing. The first time I became aware that there were other partner sites was when a lot more players than usual registered for a scheduled tournament, but most of them did not show up to play. It transpired that people were taking advantage of offers like the one you posted, just on the off chance that they might feel like playing.

I'm not sure how often such offers occur. I suppose I ought to consider registering with more than one skin, if that is allowed, in order not to miss out.
