Word is if you have a bad ISP you will get the boot! So things should move long smoothly for tonights game. Someone needs to stand in front of the freight train named DERF this eve! I might not make it as my crazy close relatives keep having B Days on Monday nights, HOW DARE THEM.

Registration is opened now. Good luck!

    Hey Gang,

This is to follow up on BarneyStone's posting.

As a result of last Thursday Nights Tournament, we have initiated a new policy within our house rules.

BlackJack21.com reserves the right to deny and/or disconnect any player participating in any of our Tournaments if the player's internet connection slows down the game to unacceptable levels, or levels we deem unsuitable for the level of play we aspire to provide in our tournaments.

Our software can isolate and recognize the speed of a player's connection with the game server. If that connection is at an unacceptable level we will contact the player directly to discuss options. If the tournament play is affected and is an inconvenience to other players we will have to disconnect the player. The player will be refunded their entry fee on the first instance only.

Our Technical Team has identified a resolution so future player connections will not affect the efficiency or speed of our game. However, until this is resolved the right to deny and/or disconnect will remain in place.

Thanks for your time! Good luck at the tables!

    Bear

PS. Don't forget about Tonight's Tournament & Thursday Night's $1,000 Free Roll! Tell all your friends to get over to BlackJack21.com today!

The play last night was smooth and uneventful. It seems that the connection problem the prior week was resolved. Overall good play and congratulations to the winners.

Hope to see everyone there on Thursday Night for the 1,0000 freeroll!

Well something definately happened to BJ21 site.
I've been trying since Sat night and their site is DOWN.

Seems I recall Andy warning me about this. All I can say is you were right.

    Seems OK now

Just tried it out and it seems to be working as usual. Must have been updating or something.

    Cheers

turns out the power where there servers were went down. They had to get back up generators to get up and running. Amazing that with all this computing power it comes down to juice!
