We have a couple of nice games to take advantage of this week.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, at 5pm pst is the VP game. If you have 30 VP points register for this game that will yield a gift certificate to an online store. I think the first two have been for about $300. I have to go to my sons school for open hose so I better win by 5:40 or the wife will break out the whip. :whip:

Thursday will offer a "freeroll" that requires you play a few money games. go to www.blackjack21.com and see details. $1000 prize pool that yields $400 to 1st place I think.

Im not sure but there might be a $22 buy in game after the $1000 freeroll, its not up for registration yet.

BTW, many chastised blackjack21.com for the 10% house charge which happens to be the same take as games at bet21.com. I was told they will soon be offering a Loyalty Points system to knock the charge down a couple %, 7.5%, I think, for consistent players. Also, many of us have been concerned about the players pool drying up there. The management team at blackjack21.com is making strides to increase the players at the site and within a month or so we should see many more players. I dont work for blackjack21.com but like the site very much. Very good blackjack program and standard BJT. I hope some of you will join me in supporting this site.

    Would do...

...but not enough players and MTTs too late for me.

How are they going to increase their player pool?

    Cheers

    Barney,

I will publically state that BJ21 doesn't respect their customers at all. YOU know what I mean. I STILL haven't gotten ANY responses to my letters to them. They haven't done SQUAT to improve their site.

As a business owner how do you succeed? Get a good product, market the heck out of it then listen to your customers for feedback, make any corrections etc.

Look at McDonalds and their menu - constantly adding this, removing that, etc. They listen to their customers. What about BJ21.com? Do they listen? Who the heck knows when they don't even acknowledge that we exist.

The BET21.com/UB people have been very nice, gracious, warm and welcome down here. I wasn't planning on going to St. Kitts, however this event has me rethinking that - I've just got to convince the Mrs.

As far as BJ21.com ...if you can't say anything nice......

To tell the truth...I havent had much good service...and after playing a few hundred at each site ...I wont play much more real money games until they work the bugs out of both.

Its not that I cant win or have been unlucky...but I need to be able to play the same number of hands as everyone else....thats rare but getting better at Bet 21...at BJ21 I sometimes get knocked off the game and cant return w/o calling customer service....at that point its too late usually...

I really dont mind losing but I need to be assured of an equal game...heck tonight at Bet 21 I lost the 1000 dollar game ...the girl beside me flat bet 500 and had 9...yes 9 black jacks in 13 hands...lol....let me jump on that luck vs skill wagon right now and you will know where I fall...lol

Both sites are very new....bet 21 has the poker games and they work fine...I think they rushed the e bj game to meet the tv deadline...the game has serious flaws and I have all but stopped betting real money except for the specials...my luck has been crap this year and my skill is just so so ....:)

I dont expect BJ21 to be around much longer really....not many at the 1000 free roll tonight...like 35 people....whats up with that???

Bet 21/UB hopefully will get their act together and fix the bugs in their game while the attention is focused on them....or everything might just implode into nothing..............I sure hope not!!!

""I will publically state that BJ21 doesn't respect their customers at all. YOU know what I mean.""

What do you mean "YOU know what I mean"? I dont agree at all. Every time we asked them to do something they did it if the request was reasonable. For example, a 5$ game. Registration clock changed to 5 minutes before game. They told me the house vig will be reduced for players that play to enough loyalty points. The company will be linking with other sites in next couple weeks to bring in more players. I dont think they will ever have the players totals UB has, they dont have the huge debt either that is being used to draw in players. But, if they can even get the base up to even 100 1t will offer good yielding games. Hell even 50. My guess is your letters have been sent with frustration and anger within. Not the best way to get a response. Whenever they have asked me for my views they send me a message to call. I call and have had a pleasent converstion every time.

My advice to you, take your money out of blackjack21 to save up for your next $10,000 trip to a St KItts! :joker:

Hmmm, Where have I heard those names before? :D

Blackjack21.com is OK in my book. Customer service has bent over backwards to assist me with any problem that I have had and I never had a problem withdrawing funds from my player account. Although there is a couple of their dealers I wish they would get rid of.
