Just played at the Blue Chip Casino (Michigan City, Indiana) yesterday, 9/26/05. They are contuning their downward attendance spiral. With 5 minutes before registration ended they had only 52 entrants out of a possible 126. Is it any wonder?

This is a monthly tournament that starts at 5:30pm on a Monday and you can go "all in" at any time. Wake up guys!!! People do work for a living and betting limits, well they suck.

My wife filled out a comment card about this but it will probably fall on deaf ears. I seriously doubt they'll continue the tournament next year. Oh well, one more evening I can spend home with my lovely wife :D .

    why complain?

I agree toolman1 that your wife's comments will probably fall on deaf ears. Unfortunately, casinos don't listen to their customers and they wonder why they don't show or why their tourneys are unsuccessful. The Tuscany in LV is a great example of this. They had a great tourney, needed a few tweaks, changing of tourney times and days, and a little better prize money and they could have had a great success. Many of the casino personnel have been fixtures for so long that they don't want to change. Unfortunate for them and us.
