1 - Just tried to make a deposit at Ultimate Bet through E-Passeporte

2 - I get a message to call Customer Support

3 - CS ask me for a credit card number to make a deposit.

    4 - I insist. I want to use E-Passeporte

5 - CS tells me that to deposit through E-Passporte, they would have to disable the BJ option and I would only be able to play poker

6 - They tell me that E-passorte allows deposits and withdrawals for poker but not for BJ. I ask for a written explanation. They promise to send me an e-mail. End of conversation.

7 - I try to deposit the same way through Bet21. I first get the same message as in Ultimate Bet. I exit the site and reenter a minute later.

8 - This time E-Passeporte option is available and I make a deposit.

9 - The deposit appears in my Bet 21 account. Exit the site. Open Ultimate Bet.

10 - My Deposit also appears in Ultimate Bet account. Still waiting for a written explanation by e-mail.

    Right on and...

this time they disabled me. I'm trying to register for the 9 p.m EBJ Tournament and Bet 21 is telling me that I'm disabled

Still no explanation from them. Plus, now when I play Poker on Ultimate Bet, I get the confirmation from Bet21. Strange, because I never play poker on Bet21:confused:

From what you said last time, I thought they disabled you (from bj) then too. They re-enabled it for you but essentially asked you not to try to deposit via Epassporte again. At least that's how I read the email you posted, which is probably as much of an explanation as you're likely to get. - i.e you can't use Epassporte if you want to play bj, due to some regulation or other.

It's confusing that Bet21 and UB seem to be handling the issue slightly differently (UB warns you, whereas Bet21 seemingly just accepts the deposit and disables your BJ), but given what's been said, I don't really understand why you would risk it with either.

    Just finished talking to a...

a cashier assistant on the phone. He resolved the problem by disabling my ePassporte option. I'll be able to play EBJ in 15 minutes.

Strange : the ePassporte option was recommended to me by Bet 21 Customer Support after Neteller stopped serving it's canadian gaming customer base.

Thanks for the info Colin :)

As for "why I risk it", I'm considering seeking professional help to clarify the matter!!!

How did you happen to get a phone number for these charlatins?

They still refuse to close my account and refund my money. Several CS reps have written that I need 50 min to withdraw...I state that I understand the normal withdraw policys but however I dont trust this site anymore and until they pay my deposit bonus I no longer wish to play there and I want my remaining balance refunded to me.

Twice ...after several letters they have refered me to the supervisor ...the supervisor never bothers to reply.

Get this...I have the option to deposit an amount that takes me over 50 and then withdraw...but also remember the min deposit amount is 50...

    lol

Talk about crooks...they clearly intend to keep my money because of a randomly chosen min withdraw amount...and they wonder why someone wants to quit this site..

Crooks!!! Both UB and Bet21 and everyone promoting these sites..

I wonder how Phil Helmuth gets away with promoting an online site...seems like if he can get away with it then everyone should start advertizing the gaming sites again...right?

Not CS, but Deposit Center number

Maybe that explains the fine service. The person I talked to went out of his way to resolve the problem. Because I could'nt register in time for the 9 p.m. game, they credited my account 20 Tournament points. In their e-mail, this transaction was called : "20.00 Customer Satisfaction 2007-JUL-21 01:53:32 PM"

Here's the number they gave me to resolve future deposit and, I suppose, withdrawal issues :

"However, next time you wish to deposit, please contact our Deposit Center at our toll free number 1 866 605 0311 so we can make sure you do not have any problems doing so. It will be our pleasure to assist you."

What appears clear to me now, is that the Deposit Center looks like a separate entity providing a service to Ultimate Bet and Bet 21 and, I suspect, to many other gaming sites.

This is speculation on my part, but it comes from the fact that the cashier assistant was obviously and sincerely befuddled everytime I was trying to question him or clarify something about the workings of Bet21 and Ultimate Bet, and their operations and relationship thereof.

    phone no probs

I think it was potboiler who gave me a phone number which was meant for deposits( can't remember if was same as above but said it was on site somewhere) last month but they resolved an issue immediately for me, It was the week I won the $2500 3 times and lots of other tournamnets, I went to Withdraw $6k through neteller and after 2 days got an email saying they were carring out security checks on transaction, I rang the number Pot gave me, they spoke to UB's security department and said expect a call in next 30 minutes, I receieved the call and they asked me a few security questions and said if i went back into my account would be free for withdrawing now they had completed there checks, Also gave me 20 TD's to compensate for hassle, Had no problem withdrawing after this, So is definately better then sending them emails which they usually take 2 days to answer.
