How often? I read this article and came away with 2 questions: 1) How often does this abuse (handcuff, etc.) happen? 2) Is this happening primarily to advantage players who were previously told not to return to the casino or is this happening to advantage players who have never been warned in the past? I would like to hear from someone who is reasonably sure of his/her answer. No speculation please. Thanks.
