Great find LeftNut. I'm very glad that a big gaming organization is seeing some of the undermining and misleading information casinos gives it's customers/players when a tournament or even is put on. It really aggravates me when a particular casino gives specific rules for a huge tournament and tells you right before the tournament what the pay-outs are if you call their personnel department. Just to find out at times right before the tournament that the payouts have decreased for instance. The reason being why this is not good is because the out-of-towners are really upset because you've put up all of this money for food, hotel, and lodging, and when you arrive the alleged payout for a particular tournament usually not what was stated in the beginning. The bottom line is that casinos across the world should communicate better with it's customers. I have a subscription of Casino Player and I read the reader feedback column in the beginning of the publication. Many of the readers are just unsatisfied with how the casinos just don't explain/communicate the payout or prize money system to their perspective customers/contestants. Nice find LeftNut.
