I was under the impression most of the servers were in Costa Rica area of the world. The Club is a "legal" entity. Isnt it possible the server is in Las Vegas?
Server UB and 900 other on-line casinos operate out of the kahnewake res - asssume ClubUBT would as well just an assumption though where the casino is headquartered has little to do with where the server is
Very interesting. The reason I thought some were running own servers is Blackjack21 dot com had transmission line problems in Costa Rica a time or two which caused connection problems. I guess if the servers are in Canada and being watched by "independent" tenders it props the integrity of the games. But, if the servers are in Canada does that mean all are subject to Superusers? How are they managed? Im wondering how big a warehouse is to manage all these servers. Severs arent that big but 900 man o man! Maybe each person n the reservation has one in his garage LOL. Maybe Ill e mail the Club's customer service and see if hey have an answer.
my understanding is that the Kahnewake server farm is one of the biggest in Canada - if not the biggest - if you go to the web site for the Kahnewake Gaming Commission - they have a listing of all companies licensed by their gaming commission - remember that many casinos may be operating under one license - and to be licensed by the KGC - you have to operate your server from their reservation - and they do check the software for fairness before allowing the casino to operate - and verify fairness once a month - don't know what exactly they do - or how effective it is - but at least its a check for randomness as far as superusers go - each casino has its own software - so they could set it up as they please - it just resides on the Kahnewake servers - Kahnewake employees may also have thge ability to tap into the software - but that's just one more worry -
clububt server just checked - clububt does not display the Kahnawake Gaming Commission logo - and clububt is not listed on the Kahnawake site - Ultimate Bet is listed on the Kahnawake site as a licensed casino, and does display the logo - so my guess would be that clububt is not operated out of the Kahnawake reservation unless there is another corporate shell that is licensed - but would assume they would show the logo - think it is actually required - Ultimate Bet is Kahnawake licensed and operates on their server farm clububt could be operated out of any place in the world - since it is legal in USA - could be an USA site even

A "current" member of this forum, (NOT joep326 from LVA), states that as a UBT “consultant,” not on payroll, yet reimbursed for expenses (hotels, meals, airfare, etc.); he will be traveling to Costa Rica in September 2006, to deal with “online” issues that cannot be legally dealt with in the United States, and that he may be required to remain in Costa Rica for an indeterminate amount of time. This individual was engaged in conversation at the time, with a VIP casino host, a young male in his early 20s, “Anthony,” of Asian ethnicity… not sure if this enlightens your inquiry, or not. Interesting, I have no idea what the traveling to Costa Rica might be for. Maybe Bet21 BS. But I never saw RKs posting above Dons. Turns out ClubUBT might not be regulated by Kahnawake Gaming Commission. This is important to me because Im considering requesting an audit of my BJ hands by that commission. I dont know if anyone read this but in a way a round about way our question was answered. The answer is bad news IMO. If the system is via a "mainstream" telecom provider who takes care of the server? Does that mean the server is in Las Vegas and fed into phone line? Who takes care of the games?
