   How much of a dealer tip should be paid when finishiing the final table?

   You'll probably get several opinions on this question.
   My own rule of thumb starts at 5% of the win on smaller events ($10K or under). But, as the size of the win goes up, my tip percentage goes down. I don't think I would tip more than $5000 no matter how much I win. For example, if I won the Hilton million, I would have tipped $5000.
