    wHAT IS THE POSSIBILITY

That Get21.com will change their policy and allow US citizens access to their cash games?

It is my understanding that as long as they only accept third party payments and do not accept money directly from US citizens Get21.com would NOT be in violation of the new ban on online gaming.

Mr Valentine I would respectfully request that you go to the backers of your company and ask them to review their guidelines.

I think that your promotions are spot on and would love to participate. If there is any other way please let me know via PM or post the results here for all to see.

    Daniel,

Can you help me find my missing action points? I played and earned several thousnd action points at Gold Palace....when they discontinued Black Jack there they took away my action points or at least after several ignored emails no one has credited my action points to my poker account.

I earned these points playing real money raked games....now it appears they what to steal my action points back! Whats up with that?

Do I really need to report these site to the Kenawake Gaming commission?

Can you help me please and also explain to the board why my action points (comp points) are gone????

I actually wanted to cash them in for the advertized gift certificate...or at least have them transferd to my poker account....your sites have done neither and in fact they promised to give my points to me but they went silent and they broke their promise.

Ill give you the oportunity to make this right.

Thank You in advance for your help

    Sincerely,

    Randy(rando21)

    No US for now...

    Hi guys,

I would like to apologize it took me so long to reply, I had to investigate a little before I reply and after asking a few of our main people the answer was very frustrating and you don't know how hard it is for me to write this, but what can I do the decision came from above...

As long as the US legislation about internet gambling remain as it is, we will not accept US players. This is something that for me personally feels bad and I hope that this legislation will not last long and soon we will see all of our American friends joining us at the tables.

Rando, As far as Golden Palace I do not represent them and I have no connection to there database, therefore I can't transfer your action points. But you should contact their costumer support and tell them about that.

    Thanks for you feedbacks

    Daniel

Ok thanks for your reply Daniel.

I thought that since they share the exact same games and even share tournamnets and web design that they are affiliated sites much like UB/Bet 21 is.

Do you know who I could contact at Golden Palace? I have spoken to and written to CS at Golden Palace...first they told me they were taking back my action points...then they changed their story and said they weret transfering them to my poker account and after failing to do that they simply ignore this issue.... Isnt this your sister site?

For me the fact that they havent transfered my action points to my poker account is the same as if they had stolen the money from my account. How can they do this? They are still in business and still offer all games to USA players except for tournamnet BJ.

All the non US players here should be aware of the actions of this site...as it may be important to their future ability to get their money or promotions from this site.

They are at least controled by a Caniadian gaming commission....and although I havent yet contacted this commission I soon plan to.

Below is a link to this commission.

    empty pool

I visit Golden Palace every now and again but there is little point since there is never anybody, and I mean nobody, to play. Occasionally you can find a 5 hand turbo to join but you may as well toss a 3 headed coin. Not fun. Get21 would be no different.

    Shame.

    Cheers

Play has picked up lately in the $250, $500 and $1000 guaranteed tournaments. In my opinion they need to commit to a daily schedule and stick to it. Withdrawals are fine and the tournaments offer great value to the players.:)

    Hi all,

Yes BJfans the number of our players is growing and also we lowered the number of players to 25, therefore most of the guaranteed tournaments are on time. Thanx for the feedback though, we actually talked about the schedule quite a lot and now I believe we found an attractive combination and it is working great.

Also the Christmas promotion is very good and I think that you guys should try and play the qualify tourney to the $10,000 (the buy-in fee is only 6.60), since you are better players than most of us you should qualify easily. It's under scheduled tournaments in special tournaments.

About your problem Rando.... I asked around but I received no answer, but you should contact the CS department of the games that are still open to US players. You are a valuable costumer of them and they should help you out. I only wish we could still have you around...

    See ya at the tables

    Thank you Daniel....

I actually got my action points transfered into my poker account now...

Now if I can actually do anything with them...well we will see.

I sure hope we can return to this game...its a great format , and you did offer great promotions ...pity it had to end for USA before word really even had a chance to get around.

I still cant understand why they pulled only this game??? You can still play poker or casino games just not tournament BJ.....this makes no sense at all because of all games ...this one was certainly a game of skill ...not gambling.

Its either illegal to do everything or its not illegal to play this game....

Everything I have read so far has been of the opinion that it remains legal to play....the law deals with funding...

Ive spoken with my bank...in so many words they stated that there is no way in hell they can or will check who a check is made out to and if it is a gambling site or not....there is just no mechanism that allows it to be done easily. Credit cards are a differnt story ...but funding with check wont soon be policed...it just is a huge almost insurmountable task....

I hope we can play again at these sites...they held the best promise of any site I have played at so far.....pity really.
