Server Issues? I don't know whether it's just my connection but nearing the last 5 hands, the software just dropped me and when I tried to reconnect it gave me an bad connection error message. Man, UBet.com software, although buggy and beta, is way better than this.
Our game started out OK, even though chat wasn't working. My table was on hand 9 or so when we hung up. Ever since then, I can't get back to the table. Not a good performance for Global for their freeroll. And everything had been going so smoothly there lately it seemed! Well, we'll see how they straighten all this out.
Argh I was on hand 13 2 max bet lead and poof the table froze and I couldn't get back in. I tried a back-door way into the chat and it says all connections in use Too bad for global, a real bad showing... *edited* 5 minutes later it let me back in!!! Still on the same hand, but I missed the bet portion. Maria

Yeah, I'm dead again too. I managed to get back to the table long enough to lose, now I get proxy errors when trying to get to the rebuy round. It could be worse, I could have Barney's troubles! (Sorry Barney!)
Table 12 froze on the last hand - 4th bet. Proxy and gateway errors. Unable to access cashier, leaderboard or chat. Then unable to logon to site. Bummer
Disappointing... I don't know what to say really.... I feel sorry for Pumi I suppose.... Global - Please sort this out. Buy a new server! Don't forget you've got a $6000 tourney soon and people have paid for that. I'm not sure they will cut you any slack if it happens then. It could hurt you bad!! Just friendly advice really... Global Free Roll So the Sun wasn't out. It was a free roll. Personally I'm aggravated cause there were three top players at my table. Now, I don't know how I did, or HAL did for me. But Global has never had a bug like that. And when they have had a glitch ..they make it right. PUMI posted, when chat came up, that everyone would get $10(bonus or not). The Sun will come up tomorrow.

Has happened before 3 or 4 weeks ago exactly the same thing happened. Can't remember whether it was a Wednesday or Sunday Cruise tourney. I don't care about the freeroll but I am concerend about the $6000 tourney. I will be seriously upset if I win a table and then get told it's cancelled because of a problem that has occured twice before. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put Global down, I just want them to post on this forum what they have done to resolve this recurring issue so that I can then feel confident that I'll get a good game next week. I like playing (and chatting) at Global and want to continue. I'm just concerned that a poor showing at a showcase event like this may have long-term implications for them, and me, as I need to build up my BR in time for UBT Paris next year. How can I do that if Global doesn't increase it's customer base. I need fresh meat... Bottoms up! Reachy
