It's a special rule, where the dealer stands on 7 or higher. ... Just kidding! Jackaroo is right. It's a typo for S17. Dealer stands on all 17s, including soft 17s.
Significant Digits Thanks Ken for this interesting table. On first inspection I would have produced this table with less precision, say to tenths of a percent instead of thousandths. It would be easier on the eye without losing any information. (Really, I am not bitching!)
