I just noticed that Doylesroom is introducing multi-player bj tournaments. This might interest some of you folks.
Microgaming Unless this is something new, I think it's just one of the many, many skins of the Microgaming tournament product, mentioned previously. It was actually in a magazine advert for Doylesroom that I first heard of it. [UPDATE: I just looked at the web site, and it's not Microgaming any more. From the description, it's blackjack21.com. There do seem to be some Doylesroom-specific freeroll tournaments listed; I don't know if it would be possible/worthwhile to hold accounts with both. Interesting. Thanks for pointing it out.]

I just tried it. - It is possible to have an account with both but it is not possible to use both lobbies at the same time. - The screen name must be different. - It is the same lobby than blackjack21.com but the specific tournaments listed on doylescasino.com will only appear in the lobby if you log in from doylescasino.com.
A $200 freeroll this afternoon had a surprising field of 495 players at blackjack21/doylescasino. The main question I asked myself was if it would run smoothly, because in the past, there were often problems with a large field. It did run very well so I guess that adequate improvements were done to the server. It will run again next Saturday. There were 6 rounds and it took about 3 hours to complete. 3 advance in round 1 and 2. 2 advance in round 3, 4 and 5. Oh, I won $8
