I’ve never heard HD claim to be the definitive expert regarding TBJ! Now he “thinks” he is the definitive expert with regard to EBJ, but not TBJ! Whoa there Semper Fi! Maybe and just maybe he was cramming in some of the more intricate aspects of Table 4 on page 127! What happened in the WSOB match anyway? What you are referring to occurred three (3) years ago. A LOT can happen in 3 years! How many tournaments have YOU played in that time period! Apparently you’ve done something because you were “screened” and “invited” to the clickish UBT events as well as HD. So now HD has a book coming out! Good for him. It was initially supposed to come out around Thanksgiving but I heard that the printer had a problem with the color of the crayons! :joker: So “personality” is a criteria for being an expert? He has a style and personality and isn’t a stick in the mud! Watching middle-aged white guys with grumpy expressions on their faces, looking like they just sucked on lemons, isn’t good TV – PERIOD! If EBJ and TBJT is going to flourish it NEEDS exposure. No ifs, no ands and no BUTS….. EXPOSURE to the general public is what it needs to reach critical mass. Right now TBJ ISN’T there! Hopefully with the WSOB satellites being “filmed” GSN can create with BJT what poker did with WPT or WSOP. Fortunately, or unfortunately, most of the WSOB participants are/will be experienced BJ “pro’s”. Maybe a “MoneyMaker” will be found in the satellites and rise to the top. Maybe some novice or newbie to the BJ scene will win his/her way to the top! We can only hope! WSOB was a good FIRST STEP. UBT was a good SECOND STEP. It needs MORE! What it DOESN’T need is name calling, back biting and jealousy from the people that are trying to promote it! You mention Zig Zigler and his philophies – good I have read his materials and been to the motivational seminars also. Somehow I DOUBT Zig would have approved of your recent attack on HD.
