I've added a May 15,16 Flamingo LV millionaire maker tournament to the calendar. I believe that this is a separate tournament from the one at Bally LV around that time. The invitation doesn't spell out the format, but references to round one, round two, and round three suggest a table elimination format. This is the first time I've tried adding an event to the calendar, and event adding does not play well with Safari. After you enter the state, there doesn't seem to be any way to enter the city or casino. I had to switch to Internet Explorer to add the event.

Face up Harrahs six deck shoe rules (no double after split). 1000 in tourney chips - betting limits 10 to 500 in increments of 5. No surrender, Insurance allowed, but not "even money".
