The next BC? Hmm, testing the Amazon link reveals that they are out of stock, but there are 4 outside sellers with copies available there. Interestingly, their prices are $200 / $200 / $220 / $260. Looks like this might be an investment grade purchase like Grosjean's Beyond Counting. Maybe I should go ahead and order one for myself!
My two cents Kenneth: I got mine at the Gamblers General Store in Vegas a couple weeks ago. It is an absolute great read and I have already re-read the chapters on BJ at least twice. In my humble opinion, it's an absolute must for any serious gambler's library.
