improvements needed Hello Damo87 I checkout your tournament today, any tournament that is free is worth checking out. It is different, here are a few suggestions to make it a more better site. 1) The dealer is dealt 2nd (after the player), you may want to change that. 2) The shoe should be on the other side of the table (dealers left side). 3) Don't start the player off with a $5 bet, let them put out what they want. 4) Have a button that will remove chips from a bet if needed. I tried to change a bet and couldn't. 5) When a player busts, there is no need for the dealer to draw out their hand. 6) When spliting you need to do something different. I split 20 today and instead of showing both hands it showed the next card (a 10) so I stood and caught (another 10) for two 20's (or so I thought). The dealer made 17 and I was told I lost both (?). I am not crazy about a blackjack game where 20's don't bet 17....LOL I'm not trying to slam you. Really I want to thank you for offering the players a free shot at $25, but if your going to be part of the blackjack community these are things I would correct on your site.
one more suggestion Create a button or way to place your last bet again without placing the chips individually each time, I have been playing this about 4 months with wins of 2nd, 3rd and 1st last month with $13,000. The only way to win is bet max every hand and be very aggressive with splits an DD's. I'm willing to share this secret free but donations are always welcome LOL.
I disagree with Rick on his point #5. All casinos I have been in show the dealers hole card regardless of the result. For counting purposes that is important. However, if the dealer is taking the last card it really does not make any difference.
Hole card is fine Springbac flipping the dealers hole card is fine, but when the player bust and the dealer s drawing out to a hand is what I was talking about. Example: Player has 14 and bust's with a 10, then after the hand is over the dealer flips their hole card and if they have 16 or below is drawing cards until they reach 17 or higher. Why? The hand is over.
