Hi everybody, Two days ago I registered at the BlackjackTournaments.com Forum and became a new member in your well-known and famous community. To start with the bad news, I am not a native speaker. I am from Germany and I live in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands (Spain). I ask for your understanding because my writings will be far from perfect. But I will try my very best. I started to study some articles about blackjack tournament strategies and formats, among them Ken’s very instructive contributions and detailed examples. What still lies ahead: Stanford Wong, “Casino Tournament Strategy”; Ken Einiger, “Play to Win”; and of course Ken’s e-book “How to Win…” Vol. I + II”. But the whole work only makes sense if there are any tournaments to take part. Gambling opportunities in Palma are very limited. I know that clubWPT.com offers free membership with the ability to play elimination blackjack tournaments with "play chips" for free. There are also a limited number of cash tournaments open to free members. For a monthly fee you can play an unlimited number of tournaments for points and then use those points to play for cash. If you can be bothered to send in a post card once a month, then the monthly fee will be waived and you can pay for the cost of the monthly postage. You may want to check that the site supports members from your country before playing for cash.
