Will be playing in my first tournament tomorrow. I was wondering what to expect in terms of how the games are run, what times for the various rounds etc. For those of u who have played in this tournament before if u could give the low down I would appreciate it. Thanks
Goldstrike after hours tournament First rounds only will be played Monday night starting at 7pm There will probably be 2 advance in this round, but sometimes only 1. Rounds consist of 25 hands with betting 500 minimum and 10,000 maximum. Starting bankroll is 25,000. Probably 6 to a table. Tuesday rebuys start at 7pm. Only 1 will advance from each table. The second round will start at approximately 10pm. Semi-finals about midnight, and the final table about 1am. There will be wild cards drawn after the second round, and before the final table. Plan on a late night Tuesday because when they say after hours tournament, they mean it.
