Nope, not me. Actually I've never played a tournament at the Nugget. Must have been someone else. All of us with thick full hair look alike so mistaking someone else for me is understandable.
My question is why haven't you played Golden Nugget? They are the best events and ALWAYS pay the advertised prize fund. At least they have since I have been playing then. 3 final tables in 4 events.
I have nothing against the Nugget's tournaments. The problem is that, for some reason, I don't feel comfortable at that casino. Also, I'm not too nuts about the downtown casinos in general. Of course many will disagree with me and that's fine. Different strokes for different folks. In spite of my attitude, I'm glad they sponsor a popular well run tournament. Maybe, but not probably, their quality and style of tournaments will rub off on other casinos - but I'm not holding my breath. I wish you and all my friends who play there the best of luck with many tournaments to come in the future.
