Just letting anyone that may be interested that the info for the Hawg Wild Tournaments at Ho-Chunk Casino has been updated in the Event Calendar. This year, there will be a series of tournaments on Tuesdays and Saturdays with the winners recieving a key in addition to the prize money. A total of 25 keys will be awarded. The key holder that starts the limited edition Harley Davidson "Gambler" motor cycle on August 5th takes it home!
Not only that... For anyone who wants to make a weekend of it during the June 24 tournament, Peter Frampton is performing there on the 25th at 7:00 p.m. You can get the tickets for that through Ticketmaster. The details are available on Ho-Chunk's website.
I'll be there on the 24th. Already have the room booked. Won't be seeing Frampton though (what year is it again?) I placed third in the Spring Thaw in April and third in the Fall Rake last September (on my honeymoon no less). Not really interested in the Harley though, just the $. See you there!!
Cash for the Harley If you get first, 2 "keys" for the Harley drawing come with it. It would be worthwhile to attend the drawing. If you win the bike, someone is usually there to offer you cash for it. If not, the local Harley dealer that supplied the bike will buy it back - at a substantial discount, of course, but still you'll have more money than when you came to the drawing.
