Help test geographic location changes

    I'm in the process of implementing some changes to auto-detect which country a visitor to my sites is in.

    Help me out. Visit

    and tell me if the information is accurate or not.

    Ok here.

    Got me right Ken

    Shows as U.K.

    Just don't confuse me with those southern jessies Reachy and London Colin who are from another part of England.

    I wonder

    Is there a way to get it to think I am in another country? Maybe that would be a way to get around the ban on US players.

    I used to have a dial up account to an ISP in Japan. I wonder if that would work?

    right on!

    I checked and Stl is in the USA, so you got me right.

    Why can't the funds be transferred vis snail mail? Or maybe deposit and withdraw whenever out of the US?

    There must be a way around this.

    It even detects Wisconsin as being part of the U.S. :joker:

    Fake IP

    Ken,

    I would guess your program is looking at the IP address for my computer and seeing my ISP it knows where I am. Are there programs that can produce a fake IP which would allow a person to play online and avoid any blocking set up by the online casinos?

    Just a thought....

    PS: Actually there are products that do this. Just google and you can find them. I might try downloading one and seeing it if shows me in Africa or where ever I choose.
