I just posted a new tournament: Stardust December Holiday "Invitational". Although, they call it an invitational, they are really looking for players, WHO WILL "GIVE THEM LIVE ACTION AT THE TABLES." Therefore, if you have not been barred from the Stardust, or any Boyd casino for your blackjack play, or alleged cheating, they will "invite" you, or "invite you back", if you promise to give them action. WHEN YOU CALL, IF THE LADIES GIVE YOU AN EXCUSE, ie "you were not invited", or " the tournament is sold out", DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MIKE MUSICARO, and tell him that although you were not on the invitation list, you understand that they are looking for players, and you will give them the action they require. BJ action is an average bet of $25 for 4 hours per night that you sleep there (whether the room is comped or not). If you decide to sleep elsewhere, I would give them $25 average for 8 hours over a 48 hour period ( which period of time starts after 8AM and ends by 2AM). Also, explain to the pit boss that takes your card, that you need to be rated accurately. DO NOT LEAVE THE TABLE, UNTIL THE PIT BOSS TELLS YOU THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU PLAYED AND THE AVERAGE BET HE/SHE WILL BE MARKING DOWN. IF IT IS WRONG, CORRECT IT RIGHT THEN, BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE TABLE. IT CANNOT BE CORRECTED LATER. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU PLAY THE DOUBLE DECK AT A $25 MINIMUM TABLE (MAKING SURE THE TABLE SAYS "DEALERS STAND ON 17").
Ah, the Stardust so nice to play, but shady all the way. STILL can't believe they won't even let me in a tournament here. bastards...
