The Feds have dropped their suit against the Kewadin Tribe for building 90% of their new Ignace casino hotel on Non Gaming property. The events surrounding this situation called for only operating the hotel for some 6 months and then some 6 months later a temporary tent like structure was built to house gaming and then... finally getting approval in 2007 from a federal judge to allow a temporary move to the permament casino while legal wranglings were going on. This week the Feds dropped the appeal process. Happy days for Kewadin and Ignace:celebrate:band2: The view from this casino hotel has to be one of the best out there, simply spectacular.
