Is there an up to date list of the small backjack tournaments that are 20.00 or less buy in's for the Vegas casino's. 20.00 buy ins would be perfect to practice. The other website lists every casino but not specifice to Vegas.

You can find the information you need on the Event Calendar. Choose Southwest US as the region, and only check Small Events. Still, you'll need to sort through a lot of unrelated tournaments to filter out the Vegas only ones.
Las Vegas Tourneys Hey, Newbie. My husband and I just got back from Las Vegas playing the local tourneys. Saturday was Boulder Station for $25 entry and $25 rebuys. Sunday was Longhorn...$25 buy-in. Monday was Cannery for $15 entry and $15 rebuy--plus $2 tip for the dealer each round gets you and extra $200 in chips (everyone does this). Tuesday was Rampart...$25 buy-in and $25 rebuys...also Tuscany is Tuesday afternoon, if you don't make the finals at Rampart (they overlap). And we left today. But there are $10 tourneys at Longhorn nearly every day, too. Palms has a good tourney on Thursdays, but we left too soon. Good luck.
