Sorry I haven't had internet access the last 8 days (or only minimal). I will try and post all the Laughlin results later tonight. I was also able to record the final five hands for the Sunday TBT event, which I will also post later along with pictures from all the Laughlin events. We roughly had the same number of players as we did in May, (mid 30 range total). But the good news was about half of them were new players. I am confident that as the TBJPA puts on more events we will pick up new members and the events will start growing. With any luck we may be adding another TBJPA location within the next couple of weeks.
When booking your events, don't forget east of the Big Muddy River, we gamble here too. Would like to play in some of your events, just can not afford the cost of travel to the west unless the events have a large prize.
Your not forgotten I'd love to host several TBJPA events east of the Big Muddy River, but it's not me holding up the events. I need to get the casinos to open their doors to the TBJPA before I can get in and start hosting events there. It surely isn't because I haven't tried. But I will keep trying.
Do you have to use a casino? Could you not use a hotel conference room and the ClubUBT membership format, after all if it is legal for them it should be legal for you.
