Not a location that most tourists would go to (Boulder Highway south of Sam's Town and north of Nevada Palace) but then most tourists do not play tournament BJ either. Details on tournament listing are accurate and do not need to be repeated here. Since the tournament listing indicated a max of 28 players I figured I better hurry on over after my 2PM airport arrival last Sunday. No need to do so, at least this time, as I was only the second person to register. Got a card good for a free ace on $5 BJ for registering so that reduced the cost to $20. Ate dinner in their restaurant (probably best to avoid the $4.99 steak dinner) while I waited to see if the tables would fill up. In the end we had only 14 players so we skipped the semi-final round. Swung for the stars and lost on the last hand to come in 3rd. That netted me $35 cash plus $30 F&B comp without an expiration date good for 2.
