Just out! The Stardust will be announcing adding a new Blackjack tournament for May 2004. The tournament will complement the Hilton's Million Dollar tournament scheduled to finish the day before. The Tournament is a step in the right direction for the Stardust to get back as one of the best tournaments in the country! With this tournament (limited to the first 312 players) even those who miss out on the Hilton will now have a major (Open) tournament to play in during their time in Las Vegas. The new format will offer a more spread out prize structure then the top-heavy tournaments of the passed. Another plus will be the guarantee that each player will be allowed up to two re-buys each. No more one chance, while others are on their third chance. Another new concept is the two - three advance from each table "IN EVERY ROUND". Here is the "NEW" Tournament Format and Prize Structure: Stardust Blackjack Tournament May 15 – 18, 2004 Elimination - Format Entry Fee: 375.00, Reentries $175.00, $600.00 buy-in per round Early Entry Fee: $350.00 if paid before April 30, 2004 Limited to the first 312 players, every player guaranteed two reentries Special room rates: $49.00 per night.
