This Pennsylvania event has a website but there are no details, just some dates for qualifiers and the final event. Anyone want to get the scoop and post the details?

I've played a few events there. I call to see what I can find out --- and to see if I can get invited!

I have obtained the official rules from The Meadows (too large to upload):

I have also been told the following that, as an invitiational, entry is subject to some unspecified amount of table play, however, "I am looking in to whether or not there is a buy in. I know our General Manager said if someone opened a line of $25K or more they were eligible for an invite."

I'll create a calendar posting, if there is not already one.

Here is some info I got in a email.

"This tournament however is the largest in PA history with a final payout of $200,000. Top prize in the final is $100,000. The winners of the satellite rounds win $10,000 and go on to the semi finals towards the $100k."

"To qualify for an invitation to the April satellite round you need to play from now until March 31st and accumulate 1000 in theoretical. An example of 1000 theo would be 20 hours at $50/hand or 10 hours at $100/hand, etc."

Who has time these days to do 20 hrs? not me and not at those limits LOL

I did the Winstar tourny a few years ago. They had a much friendlier setup with regular table limits required for 20 hrs.

This is not right. IMO, Tim
