I recently played a $10.00 for real money, mano a mano game at blackjack21 and was shocked to find that I won the game and had to split the pot with my opponent. At the end of the final round my chip balance was $87.50 and my opponents balance was $0.00. I have sent two e-mails to customer service and have not gotten a response as of yet. :flame:
My faith is back in Blackjack21 I have my faith back in Blackjack21. Shortly after making my previous post I recieved a phone call from Shane, in customer service. He apologized for the delay in replying to my e-mail. He said there was a glitch in the software and that I will recieve credit for the win.
I've had two dealing with customer service at BJ21 myself - I for a game that got cut off in the middle - server lost connection. The second for the VP tourney. I have been very impressed with their attitude and service. I'm glad that they were ale to resolve the matter for you.
