Thanks for the Tourney info Thanks S.Yama, Palace Station August BJ and Stardust Dice sound interesting since I'll be out there then. I still haven't heard back from the Fitzgeralds about a August 21/22 BJ tourney.
More Invitational BJ Tourneys in August at the Flamingo Flamingo also has two invitational Blackjack Tourneys - 01-04 Aug. $199 buy in, 210 participants, 1st thru 6th prizes are 10K, 5K, 2,5K, 2K, 1K and 0.75K respectively. 1st round table winners receive $250. As I recall from playing in it in the past, one one advances per round. Their next invitational is 08-10 Aug and a 1K buy in. Prize structure for 1st 6 places is 50K, 10K, 5K, 2.5K, 2K, 1.5K. 7th thru 20 get 1K, 21st thru 50 get $500. Based on 100 participants. I believe this level tourney is new for them.
