Dealer hits all soft 17's 
Aces split 1 time 
Split any equal cards 2 times 
Double after splits except Aces 
All other blackjack rules apply 

There are 3 rounds 
     10 Hands per round 
The TOP 18 bankrolls move on to the second round 
The TOP 6 bankrolls move on to the Final round 
    Each new round starts with each player with a new $3,000 bankroll
