We have arrived Jet lagged but managed to have a pint at the Roanoke bar on Mercer Island. Andy and Neil Gagg Ps Neil Gagg is not playing the tournament but will be around the casino.

Got in yesterday I checked in the Travelodge, (nice, frig, microwave, free breakfast, free internet, nice rooms). Thrasht picked me up at the airport and both of us along with Hemi-power, Marichal, and Leha played one of the many mini tournaments they have up here. Damn, 2-3 BJ tournaments every day and most all add money to the prize pool. The players are good, but the TBJPA events may be a shock to most of the locals. They are use to only playing 14 hands (and they start out strong, no surrender, they pay 2-1 BJ's). I am not knocking the locals by any means, however the out of towners should have the advantage using the TBJPA rules. As far as last night’s mini, my luck is still running strong. I made another final table, last hand only 3 players left, I have last bet, BR1, and have first high, first low, and covered they BJ's (what a great situation to be in). Of course I get swept by both of them on the last hand to drop to 3rd...LOL (damn, 3 finals between Las Vegas and Seattle, 1 - 1st, and 2 - 3rds, all little mini's). What’s bad is both 3rd places and the Planet Hollywood were all last hand sweeps that I cause me the win or advancing to the money. I'm through whining now...LOL By the way all those coming in tonight, Iron Horse is hosting a weekly $25 tournament with a $1,200 - $1,300 first prize tonight. Sign-up at 6:00 and starts at 7:00 p.m. Guess I'll see those in town there tonight.
