I'd like to coin a new term for use in blackjack and other casino tournaments.

    Getting "Punk'd"

When the cards come out in such a way that no bet you could've made, no playing decision you could've made, could've saved you from being swung and eliminated. Especially for use when manifestly weaker players benefit from your misfortune, when you've invested lots of time and money, or when you've advanced deep into a tournament.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's gambling and it's the nature of the beast. But it's better than resorting to %$&*@ profanity!

I don't know, %$&*@ profanity sounds pretty good some days....

    Happens all the time...

That is one of the worst feelings in the world getting beat (especially by a swing) on the last hand.

I just roll my eyes say Damn and shake their hands and congratulate them on their good fortune.

    Difficult adjustment

I'll have to think on that BUT I've been using the commonly accepted profanity for so long that a change will be difficult. It's like learning a different Basic Strategy and then having to figure out when each applies.

PS: I'd like to get noman's take on this. His proficiency for incomprehensible words/phrases may be able to shed some light.

    And THE NEW PHRASE LEADER!

By God, I think he's got it. Monkeysystem's "coinage" says it all in so many ways in today's environment.(How's that tool?)
