Two weeks after I started taking $500 deposits for the $10,000 entry event in Laughlin, I had only one deposit in. I get back home last night to find a few more deposits had come in and then today had two new players request where to send in their $500 deposits. This is not counting the 4 others who contacted me to let me know they still want to play or the 3 that told me they are waiting until we get 12 signed up before they send in their deposits. I wasn't worrying about if it filled up or not. If it does great if it doesn't no problem either. My main concern is the TBJPA/TBT event that weekend. I have to admit, yesterday I was ready to stick a fork in the $10,000 entry one on one match play event. I even told Dan at River Palms that it wasn't looking good, but today it receive new life. Will it make it or not, who knows, but at the present it is still alive.
