Just for info. I panicked and depleted my accounts tuesday. But today, Sat, oct 7th, was successfully able to make a bet21 deposit through Firepay. Their fees have gone up since the legislation, still under Neteller. but I havn't tried neteller for a while, cause firepay was cheaper. If both of them hang on for the 120 days of implementation, there's still some fun to be had, hey?
I think it will be safe to use Firepay, Neteller and others until the bill gets signed after it is signed it will be gamble, read Neteller's new rules.
