I am getting ripped off by Bet Royal Casino. $5500. I withdrew on June 9th and they kept making excuses and lying. Today I cornered the manager lying to me. His employee said he was busy at accounting and then I had someone call and the manager picked up and tried to open a new account again. What a fraud. When I told them this they said they were locking out my account and will not answer my phone calls. Here is what I emailed Playtech. But I do not know who to email in Costa Rica or Netherlands Antilles, how do you reach these supposed governing boards? To whom it may conern, I responded to an email I received and opened an accoutn with Bet Royal Casino. According to their terms and conditions they offer a 35x 100% cashable bonus and withdrawals are processed 2K at a time after 7-10 business daysd unless other arrangements are made with the casino. I contacted Chris Rock and had him confirm by phone email and chat (transcripts available) that if I deposited $3K he would then process my withdrawal (if I did not lose) every 7 days and for $3500 each time. I withdrew my 1st few withdrawals on June 9th. The 1st one they processed for 2K after 14 days and the second for $3500 after 21 days...THEY HAVE NOT DEPSOITED ANY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT YET. I have been wasting an hour or two every day trying to get answers. The manager Chris Rock has been avoidingin me. I contact him via Chat and I am told he is away or at accounting and then if I call as a new customer on the phone, strangely Chris Rock picks up. Steven and Chris have been promsigin my withdrawal every day for 2 weeks but nothign has hit my Neteller account. They just lied to induce me to depsoit my money and made false promises hoping I would lose. I had one 20K at one point but Steven told me on the phone that I need to play more and maybe lose a little for accounting to maybe validate my claim...well long story short I am only at 5.5K from 25K at they still wont process my withdrawal. I met the wagering requirements 3x over. I wagered 80x my deposit and bonus. These guys are crooks and this is my worst experience with any online casino. I am emailing this to 6 different websites I follow and message forums. as well as 2 gambling magazines. The people need to know that online casinos are still full of crooks and are not monitored as well as they claim. Bet royal Casino and playtech...its just sad. Today I had a friend call and act like a new user and immediately Chris Rock the manager picked up and started trying to open a new account. At the same time a support rep was telling me that Chris was not hiding and that he was in accouting. I then told him he had been setup and I knew he was lying. Chris thensaid I am putting your account on hold and disconnected me from the casino. So I can no longer even connect. Bet Royal Casino appears to be stealing my money
Unfortunately - B&M too I feel your pain. Anytime you deal with a foreign entity, you take a risk. The Royal Oasis in the Bahamas has $5,000 of my money that I left deposited as front money in the cage. Along came the hurricanes last fall and the resort sustained a lot of damage. Then came promises of reopening early spring, then late spring, then their phone lines no longer work. I've contacted several government offices in the Bahamas, a Bahamas newspaper and Driftwood Hospitality - the supposed owners of the resort. No response from anyone. So the brick and mortar casinos are no better once they are on foreign soil. :flame: Good luck.
Just awful simmsrus, Here's my advice. Use the 'Pitch a Bitch' feature at http://www.casinomeister.com Bryan Bailey, who runs that site, seems to have as much influence as anyone when things like this happen. I just don't understand why Playtech allows a handful of rogue operators to infiltrate an otherwise very good software operation. There is a long-standing history of trouble with 3 Playtech casinos: Grand Banks, Sterling House and Black Widow. It looks like Bet Royal needs to be added to this rogues list.
