Congratulations to BJT member Billy C winning 5th in this tournament with over 200 participants. He advanced without rebuy or wildcard although only 1 advanced round 2 thru the semi's. Bad cards hands 20 thru 30 during the final table was his demise.

Appreciated! Thanks guys. The published prizes were based on 180 entrants and there were 220 players. That's over a 22% increase yet the purse didn't increase. It was a "no entry fee" invitational tourney so it's hard to bitch but------they certainly know the "theoreticals" for all entrants or they wouldn't have been invited. It would seem that they should have added 22% to the purse. In their defense, not many years ago they did pay published prizes with a "short field" so maybe the excuse is that they're making up for that. Billy C
