I tried to deposit money in my account but was told they no longer accept money via Western Union. I then tried to enter Sit & Go but got an error message saying "Sorry there are no more seats at this table". But there is no one playing at the tables and they take your $16. Since you can't get on the table, you can't leave the table after 10 minutes and get your money back. What is up? IG
I don't know, but I had the same issue. I emailed support already, so I expect they'll have things set straight by tomorrow.
Not Yet As of 5 p.m., CST on Tuesday the same problem still exists. The regular BJ game is still functional. Makes one wonder since there is no message from GP.
No solution yet.. As of 8:45 PM CST, the glitch on the $15 + $1 sit n go still exists. I was never allowed to buy in this game as most others were. Those that lost their money were given a refund after emailing GP. Everything else at the site seems to be working properly. However, since this has been going on for about 3 days now, I don't understand why they haven't solved the problem. The simple short term solution is to take the $16 sit n go off the menu. In the meantime, I'm trying to play the $32 game. Which seems preferable with the additional 5 hands anyway.
New Patch I just read this and went to Global to enter a table, and it made me download and install a new patch, version 2.0.18.314. After doing that and restarting my computer I went to Global and it gave me the box in which you are asked to pay your fee. It acted normally, but I didn't try to actually enter a game.
Christmas tournaments I wonder if this problem will effect the Christmas tournaments Global are planning this week? I haven't heard anything back from anyone at Global yet.
Global up-date I talked to Michelle today, only the $15 Sit and Go tournaments have a problem. I was told that they contacted everyone that had a problem, (if not e-mail them). They are working on getting the problem corrected. The other Sit & Go tournaments are working $30 & $50. Todays weekly tournament and both Christmas tournaments tomorrow are still scheduled to go off with no problems. * Note: Due to new restrictions Global-Player will not be accepting Western Union anymore.
